let me be clear. it was my fate my destiny in life to be denied due process in law by the authority of a 60+y/o racist white woman employment judge in aug 2012. i have no problem w/my fate w/my destiny in life. to be allowed to prosecute my case/claim by the whte ppl who own and run the civil court system just wasnt to be for me. wasnt meant to be. having done all that was required of me over 11months to bring a legitimate civil court action against a ftse100 plc's racist white woman BTlawyer and 5 white men racist scum BT employees. as a self advocating black man claimant in court i was totally powerless to prevent the racist white woman judge acting in concert w/the racist white woman BT lawyer in the public w/place of the civil court she presided over to deny me due process in law to prosecute my legitimate claim/case to a conclusion hearing and testing all the evidence entered into that public court. totally completely and utterly powerless to stop the racist white woman judge. the racist white woman judge's power and authority in court concluded after less than 4hrs of a case listed for 5days concluded w/her telling the BT lawyer racist white woman and the 5 white men racist scum BT employees that they can all leave court w/out having to utter one single word in court. w/out having to speak one single word of the evidence witness statements they had entered into court against me. the racist white woman judge's decision: BTs lawyer has applied for the case to be stopped at this point for the reasons entered in application. i have granted that application. this case is now over. go back to work and put this all behind you. it was my fate in life my destiny in life to be the victim of a elderly racist white woman judge in civil court who did NOT want to hear anything the white ppl BT employees i had compelled to appear before her had to say. the judge's decision: you can all leave court w/out having to say one word. good bye. as far as all those racist white ppl were concerned they'd all gotten away w/it. all got off scot free. thanks to a racist white woman public servant who thinks just like the racist white ppl scum BT employees id marched into public court. = its over. colin jarvis is history. we wont be hearing from him again.
