the ONLY reason the white ppl concerned - cps and hmcts arseholes - were able to try me and convict me of their stupid af bullshit criminal offenses by their PATHETIC evidence WAS ALL BECAUSE the white ppl in charge all conspired to unlawfully allow to permit a 49y/o white man racist cowardly arsehole to hide behind a screen in public court whilst giving evidence under oath against me. my legal aid solicitor a 55y/o white man twat named paul bird fitted me up by excluding me from the first part of my trial... (i didnt know it was taking place. i was first invited into court around 12 o'clcok midday. bird and the other court officials had been talking among themselves since kick off at 10 o'clock when my case was listed to begin at) ...where the crown applied for special courtroom measures to be given to their witness. altho my solicitor bird had been provided by me w/ clear written instructions by me pre trial and evidence of case law to back-up my instructions to refuse the crown's witness from hiding away in a public trial whilst mumbling out pitiful tripe for a grown man husband father son in law to force himself to perform. publicly humiliated by his own words and actions. the legal aid bod paul bird deliberately excluded me at the beginning of my case so i was unaware he allowed the cps's application to the court to try me and convict me w/ the evidence of a hide away racist arsehole white man crown witness who is too shit scared to much of a cowardly arsehole to puke up his perjourous bullshit evidence where i can see him do so. btw wayne buncey ie the twat concerned and his family etc all think their troubles are over re being publicly outed by me on the internet and in public protest. which only goes to show a LOT of white ppl and some black ppl are in for a rude awakening summer of 2018. :)
