so having established that such things do occur in an employer's workplace, perpetrated by such a person and/or persons employed therein. it is necessary to describe exactly why and precisely how this happens. and it necessary to describe how such occurrences are met with and responded too, reacted too by the man/woman who is the intended and targeted victim of such a workplace harassing cowardly bully and/or bullies and their workplace associates.
