dec 2015 bt cwu #10th anniv.. internet project update info 2 :)

by way of an end of 2005 preamble... all be it with multiple major pieces of the jigsaw picture missing and/or completely unknown to the cloud - U. :(

as iv previously stated this was the beginning of THE most significant decade of my life. by the end of 2015 i would have achieved enlightenment  :)

a decade through which i experienced the most extreme of feelings and emotions following my actions and reactions to the fate and destiny of my life before me. from stratospheric highs of joy and utter amusement and hilarity to deep deep ocean blues of the profoundest kind.

many many other persons involved and/or concerned would experience the exact same feelings and emotions as they acted and reacted to the fate and destiny of their individual and/or collective fate and destiny of their lives once colin jarvis had entered therein.

loosing my way somewhat in publishing my project on my pages in a manner that is coherent and easy to follow [despite the numerous various players major and minor] in the www cloud.

note to self - must do better :)

re fb posts. although v enjoyable making and posting im attempting to fit too much info (background) into posts alongside the 10th micro/macro - sometimes random - fb post topic.

remedy : shorter posts + use fb post comment box + ignore the fact that the cloud is and/or maybe totally lacking any knowledge of the person(s) and/or the workplace context or its relevance.

complete oct nov part written fb posts + post some pithy bt cwu cv's re the scum + get my blogger pages sorted into one page, pick up 2005/6 anniv.. diary dates and run with them on blogger regardless of how brief or lacking in - important specifics and context. write post write post. lay the bones edit the meat onto as progress is made

the two bt employees / cwu branch reps with whom i interacted with within bt's workplace c. summer 2000 to march 2012 are, in my personal bt workplace experience, thoroughly decent, thoroughly moral and thoroughly good men.

‪#‎hc‬ - within my ‪#‎bt‬ ‪#‎openreach‬ ‪#‎cwu‬ ‪#‎cwucctv‬ ... internet project - to the utmost accuracy of my recall and my memory i will - without fear nor favour - describe ALL the words and ALL the actions of myself and of the two bt employees cwu branch reps identified. who's CHOSEN JOB OF WORK within bt's workplace was to help and to assist this one black bt employee cwu member in formal open honest grievance contention with a large number of thoroughly dishonest white bt employees cwu members wrongdoers. most of whom were cwu members OR were.. for example nov.2006...
white bt employees who were permitted to BECOME cwu members by chic mcglynn and andy bushrod once fs1gc had been raised against him/them by me, and that white man/men bt employee wanted cwu rep accompaniment when i sat him/them down in front of bt's management fs1gc hearings. etc etc etc...
i have absolute confident in the accuracy and preciseness of my recall and my memory in respect of bt's workplace c.1999 to 2012.
if a. n. other person(S) disputes what i present as factual accurate truths and realities in respect of my bt cwu workplace experience of him, of her, of them..

i went home from work on thurs 29th sept 2005, i was on a/l until 11th oct 2005.
i made my decision on the wed 5th oct 2005.
i called and left a couple of - id like to speak to u please - voice messages to the branch sec's number on both the 12th and 13th oct 2005.
a brief phone convo between me and cwu oxbucks branch sec. late afternoon thurs 13th oct 2005 he having returned my call.
..chic, id like to see u please. i want to raise a formal grievance complaint against wayne bunce for 4yrs plus of continual racist harassment and bullying against me, id like the branch's help. can i meet with u please asap? im on annual leave for a week.
..yes, alright colin. umm, can you come to cowley barracks tomorrow afternoon about two?
..yes.
..do you mind if i have andy* there with us? - * branch dep sec and equality officer(no less)

10th anniv... 1

RB 53 WMB - early sept 2005.

a man goes to work. the man is a married father of one. it is the same morning his 9 y/o son and all other children start the autumn term after the school summer holidays.

the man has serious responsibilities and commitments he is.. for want of a better word ...wedded too.

how does the man CHOOSE to conduct himself whilst in his employer's workplace?

the man knows, as we all know, that his employer's workplace is regulated by laws and statues within a legal framework.

the man also knows that he IS, like all other employees are a part of that - legal framework.

after all the man is very, extremely proud of and indeed boastful of his long established and secure and - very lucrative thank u v much - longstanding contract of employment he has with his employer's business.

the man is content and happy with how he has does and will further conduct himself whilst within his employer's workplace - AWAY from and out of sight and sound of his wife his child his family his...

ok.

the man, into and through sept 2005, as a part of how the man CHOOSES to conduct himself whilst in his employer's workplace CHOOSES to continue to do his thing that special thing he does and LIKES doing to the black man b2 he has working UNDER his - the man's workplace authority power and control.

the man continues to 'enjoy' himself at the expense of the aforementioned black man employee, with ever increasing satisfaction gratification boldness.

the man more and more frequently displaying the sick inducing sight of the...

  • Matthew Still-Elevating Everywhere I go I find that the black cleaners tend to be the friendliest 9 times out of 10 so I always make it a point to greet them first. It's always funny when the black person who was always avoiding you has no choice but to liase when they realise I'm the point of contact lol.

      (#FYI- short version-i was absent from bts workplace on s/l feb2006-feb2007, in 2007 uncle tom coon went off work on s/l for a year and took on bt management ....*** -BECAUSE bt management were v UPSET - YOU KNOW WOT I MEAN smile emoticon - that a black man peu b2 employee had sent and was continuing to send a bloody great big tsunami throughout the the WHOLE of the scum employers workplace...*** - #FYI - i faced down and called out BTs dishonest and cowardly line MANAGEMENT outside their london hq ec1 7aj in a 18 placard public protest on 12/12/2006 ... but u are understandably unaware of these FACTS - ***...and i was quite legitimately downing wrongdoers guilty bullying harasser bt managers and shop floor employees left right and centre AND SO BT LINE MANAGEMENT WERE GETTING THEIR OWN BACK <> by retaliation in kind against the cst b2s at aylesbury tec, of which uncle tom coon brian prince was one.. SO the coon goes off work and raises a fs1gc with bt management ...i am being bullied and harassed by these particular first line managers. neil landymore and his fma mathew gordon. this is a fs1gc.

      and like me a cwu bod held prince's hand throughout. 

      the union reps had just had their first REAL fs1gc to handle with my actions over the previous year. by which time and long before this time they were shitting themselves with fear and panic over how far i was determined to go to hold lying bully boys, regardless of workplace status... - some of whom are racist bully boys pieces of shit - ...accountable and responsible for their deliberate oft repeated malicious UNLAWFUL workplace conduct within contracted employment. EXACTLY the same workplace i was contracted to with the same rights and entitlements as MY WHITE COLLEAGUES smile emoticon . 

      #fyiinformation - throughout this period early 2007 - early 2008 - unbeknown to me, because i did not know uncle tom coon or much about him at this stage of the game, - uncle tom coon was being guided through the fs1gc procedure NOT ONLY by the cwu union reps sad scared cowards - who were following the same path i had FORCED them to go down against bt employees shop floor and management throughout 2006 BUT ALSO uncle yom coon prince was being guided by dominc martello a b2 cst bt employee and stoke mandaville school friend of the trinidad coon. uncle tom came to the uk in the 90's with his mother as a teenager and the only type of 'best friend' he could secure was man who in essence is as stupid as uncle tom himself. dominic martello was my eyes and ears with bts aylesbury tec throughout 2006 who i kept closely informed as to how i was prosecuting my fs1gc and appeals within bts internal procedures. so martello was feeding prince ..do this do that.... advice from behind prince. unfortunately for prince bt management came back to prince in their own good time. > ..your fs1gc is NOT UPHELD. brian prince had not only lost his fight but had been humiliated by the first line managers neil landymore and the mixed race fma matt gordon whom who he had raised his fs1gc against and taken on and been humiliated by.. note bene - uncle tom coon brian prince holds an expressed deep seated hatred of the part-jamaician black man bt employee mathew gordon. (more facts about this FACT - will be disclosed in due course. 

      SO uncle tom coon returned to work in early 2008 on second stage installation away from the managers who has made a COMPLETE FOOL OUT OF HIM. when i and uncle tom's path next crossed in early 2008 he having been put on the same work group as me. i KNEW him for what he is. a coon. a cowardly lying coon HOUSE NIGGER - A TRINIDAD STEPHEN CANDIE who will kill another black man in private to white workplace managers.
