[i.e. a malicious, spiteful, hostile, baleful, bitter, rancorous vindictive, pernicious, nasty person] ...a bullying inadequate stupid malevolent coward (and/or his/their cowardly associates) are presented with what he/they consider to be the perfect opportunity to 'do their thing' to a. n. other person with complete impunity and do so with what he/they consider no risk to himself/themselves, with no come back no risk to himself/themselves. he/they doing so in what he/they judges to be a safe a secure a none threatening benign environment. because he/they judges their victim - the man/woman that bullying coward(s) has targeted - to be powerless, lacking the resources, the support, the means and/or the ability to stop and to prevent the aforementioned bullying coward(s) / the cowardly scum from 'doing their thing' to the man whom he/they have targeted.
n.b. what 'doing their thing' actually means will be described in full complete and precise detail in due course.
for such a malevolent bullying inadequate stupid coward and/or stupid cowards one such safe secure benign environment is for example, the privacy of the domestic environment, the home.
in specific circumstances another such environment in which that coward / those cowards will consider to be private, safe, secure, benign and none threatening is his / their employer's workplace.
