merely by being the man i woz (a single live alone non parent 43y/o black man employee known to be totally green in the workings of the plc's unionised w/place environment i had become a part of. a solitary isolated voiceless powerless friendless new start - unskilled manual labour - BT employee. who, seemingly, holds as priceless and something not to be put at risk the unskilled manual labour employment w/a ftse100 plc which i have, presumably, in the eyes of others, been - fortunate enough - to secure. naturally enough at work i am line managed and fall under the BTw/place authority of a.n.other man/men at work. by merely being the black man as described above i made myself the perfect target for a BT w/place bullyboy who is a "proud if diligent" and "cleva" racist at work. and known to be so. and like all racists he is a liar. and like all bullies he is a coward at heart. unfortunately for him selecting me at work targeting me at work as a "safe" means of practicing his racist bullying behaviours on me at work woz the worse decision making of the white man racist bullyboy work THOUGHT he woz onto a good thing at work by the fact that he exercised BTw/place authority over me. = v bad decision making.
