the describing of all pre, actual and post hearing details will receive my best attention in detail and content. but that is not for this post.
for now only the final words to those legal proceedings spoken by the presiding magistrate to all those present in court... [n.b. some peeps had, very disappointingly, done a runner well before kick off and so weren't in court to keep me company. frown emoticon ] ....at the conclusion of my trial -
...therefore it is our judgement that there is no case to answer. mr jarvis you are free to go. (sic)

it is a fact that on my first spoken contact with uncle tom coon prince in dec 2005 after 13th dec when i had fired the starting gun against the bnp loving bully boy wayne dunce bunce a man WHOM coon brian PRINCE DiD NOT KNOW IN ANY WAY. PRINCE BEING A cst NEW STARTER EMPLOYEE in 2005 - myself and jason and he alone were in the signing on room after everybody else had left. the content of that first contact discussion conversation sharing of information between me and jason with uncle tom coon brian stephen prince will be blog posted at a later time. following dec 2005 the next time i would see and speak to the uncle tom was jan/feb 2008 two yrs later... and i would know him and see him for what he is ... smile emoticon .
