i first entered this workplace on 2nd dec 1999. it is now the end of the workday in late nov. 2000 in the #BTgroup ‪#‎CWU‬ (nick)griggin ln. hp19 8bp workplace pictured in this post.

two english white men were in the room when i entered. the sub john smith - an old guy bt employee. and the dom a 35 y/o man (dob 27 aug.1964) of, to my eyes, of off-putting, unpleasant and repulsive facial features. please see my facebook fathers day - pic folder post of 21 june 2015. smile emoticon i had seen, nodded to and said - morning - to both men on the few occasions our paths had crossed in the previous 12 months. smile emoticon

the 35 y/o man, i was later to learn from the horse's mouth, was named, by his parents, after the cowboy john wayne. this english white man can best be described as coming from a ‪#‎WestonTurville‬ BuncHe of Cunce family background. @RB53WMB sometimes called Duncey - for shorthand.

i had not previously had any conversations with either man. the convo i heard on entering was work related bs. i said hi and sat down. john smith continued waffling his bs, the other man responded in kind. the convo ended and then john Wayne BuncHe of Cunce changed the topic of convo and turned his attention to me. and without any encouragement from me proceeded to tell me, over the course of 10 mins. all about his cousin, whom he, apparently, admires greatly, who lives in south carolina, i learn all about duncey's holiday visits to see his cousin, how much he enjoyed himself when with his cousin and family, learnt all about the lifestyle his cousin enjoys, details of where his cousin lived AND IMPORTANTLY i learnt about  .....vu fukkin 'undreds of blacks who do fukk awl ...yeh i see vem when i go ova var .... yeh straight up, u see vem, vey fukkin drive around in big fukkin cars and live in a fukkin shack.... (sic) i further learn of how ....'clued up and clev'a... his cousin in fact is and how ...vose blacks dont get away wiv fukk awl wiv his family..(sic) ...oh yeh he keeps vem in ver fukkin place, vey all do ova var. ....not like vis fukkin country ...we know how to look arfta ourself ova ver ..ve bnp, vey got it right ova here tho. vats vu fukkin idea... etc etc etc.

in short i learned that his cousin was a red neck batty boy whom he admires dearly and wished he had been born to his cousin's parents and lived with his batty boy red neck cousin in ...amurricu.

i sat and looked at the sad twat as he puked up his racist white supremacist bullshit, the twat's face plastered with a permanently set smirk which displayed the repulsive sight a the pronounced Diastema the racist coward is afflicted with. the last time i was to be treated to that disgusting sight was in sept 2005.

displaying his dirty gap toothed grimacing smirk of an excuse for smiling and laughing would become a thing of the past for him after sept 2005 ...and for evermore - for that lil closet racist bully boy harassing coward of an excuse for a man. but that nov afternoon i sat in bt's workplace and listened to the SCUM talk his shti and said to myself ...consider your card marked colin. this twat has got it BAD. - how BAD i was later to discover smile emoticon

the dunce john Wayne BuncHe of Cunce - an established long serving senior bt employee within bt's aylesbury tec a 'substantive C1 Grade BT I.T Gold User PEU Team Leader no less - had achieved what he had set out to achieve with me when he saw me - a new starter b2 black bt employee - enter the room with him and john smith. and with the sub john smith present - the dom - duncey was free to mark my card for me - > i am king racist in this yard. here's a taster. cross me at ur peril.

my and the Dunce Cunce paths were next to cross in july 2001 when bt line management placed me under the workplace authority power and control of the dunce cunce - and things got v interesting indeed.
