e.g bt management listen to me and then decide - yep - gross misconduct, deliberate unprofessional behaviour with intent over a prolonged period of employment ...etc etc etc. bt management would consider they had no choice. so what is duncey going to say in his defence to ensure his safety and continuing employment in changed working conditions - he's possesses another type of workplace mindset post 21 dec 2005. one thing duncey would say if bt management attempted to terminate his employment and push came to shove  - one possible route out after stating his other desperate bullshit to counter the fs1gc... - ably assisted by john grey cwu luton branch chair - a man who duncey would not piss on if he was on fire because john grey was a ....union cunt (sic) ..one of vem fukkin lazy rep cunts...(sic) n.b duncey loathed and hated the cwu and what it represented and the reps - ...i had raised against him was to point the finger at other white bt employees
