for the avoidance of doubt and for the sake of clarity, i make the following explicit.
the two bt employees / cwu branch reps with whom i interacted with within bt's workplace c. summer 2000 to march 2012 are, in my personal bt workplace experience, thoroughly decent, thoroughly moral and thoroughly good men.

every man IS responsible for his own words and his own actions in a plc's workplace. including me, chic mcglynn and andy bushrod
AND every man, every woman, every employee IS responsible for how he/she/they CHOOSES to do his.. CHOSEN job of work, whatever that job of work is. ‪#‎ijs‬ smile emoticon
‪#‎hc‬ - within my ‪#‎bt‬ ‪#‎openreach‬ ‪#‎cwu‬ ‪#‎cwucctv‬ ... internet project - to the utmost accuracy of my recall and my memory i will - without fear nor favour - describe ALL the words and ALL the actions of myself and of the two bt employees cwu branch reps identified. who's CHOSEN JOB OF WORK within bt's workplace was to help and to assist this one black bt employee cwu member in formal open honest grievance contention with a large number of thoroughly dishonest white bt employees cwu members wrongdoers. most of whom were cwu members OR were.. for example nov.2006...
white bt employees who were permitted to BECOME cwu members by chic mcglynn and andy bushrod once fs1gc had been raised against him/them by me, and that white man/men bt employee wanted cwu rep accompaniment when i sat him/them down in front of bt's management fs1gc hearings. etc etc etc...
i have absolute confident in the accuracy and preciseness of my recall and my memory in respect of bt's workplace c.1999 to 2012.
if a. n. other person(S) disputes what i present as factual accurate truths and realities in respect of my bt cwu workplace experience of him, of her, of them..

have you got the workplace decency the workplace honesty the workplace integrity and the workplace courage to walk the walk?

well let's talk.
i went home from work on thurs 29th sept 2005, i was on a/l until 11th oct 2005.
i made my decision on the wed 5th oct 2005.
i called and left a couple of - id like to speak to u please - voice messages to the branch sec's number on both the 12th and 13th oct 2005.
a brief phone convo between me and cwu oxbucks branch sec. late afternoon thurs 13th oct 2005 he having returned my call.
..chic, id like to see u please. i want to raise a formal grievance complaint against wayne bunce for 4yrs plus of continual racist harassment and bullying against me, id like the branch's help. can i meet with u please asap? im on annual leave for a week.
..yes, alright colin. umm, can you come to cowley barracks tomorrow afternoon about two?
..yes.
..do you mind if i have andy* there with us? - * branch dep sec and equality officer(no less)
..no of course not. thanks chic. i'll see u tomorrow.

re dec 1999 - 2012. the various individuals, groups of or collectives of bt employees' company entrance / longevity i will refer to are ;

the then current pre bt sell off employees - '84

the then current post bt sell of - up to early '90s

the then '98/'00 new starter bods - including me

the then '05/'06 new starter bods - e.g bt/cwu uncle tom house nigger coons brian candyland prince, mark vincent et al.

the same criteria applies to the then cwu oxbucks branch bods i had dealing with over the same time frame.

i will of course describe workplace histories of the aforementioned bt cwu ppl. from knowledge and/or from hearsay.

i will of course also describe the workplace functionings at the applicable periods of time, historically and contemporaneously in respect of the various contexts which applied.
